A: Yes, you are welcome to visit us. Our factory is located in Shaoguan,Guangdong Province, China. We would be happy to pick you up from Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou South High-speed Railway Station, or the address of your hotel in Guangzhou.

Q2: How can I ensure the quality of the aluminum profiles I purchase?
A: We have a professional quality inspection team in place. Starting from the stage of extruding the profiles after they have been finely processed by the rolling mills, our quality control staff carefully inspect each profile to identify any potential defects. Subsequently, the profiles undergo processes such as anodizing or powder coating. Once the order is completed and ready for shipment, a test report is prepared by our quality assurance department.

Q3: How long does it take to complete an order?
A: Our monthly production capacity exceeds 3,000 tons. It usually takes about 20 days to prepare a 40HQ container for shipment. However, for a first-time order, it may take around a month because new molds need to be manufactured and undergo proper testing.

Q4: What are the payment terms?
A: Generally, we prefer T/T payments in the form of a deposit and the remaining amount after delivery. Although copies of the bill of lading are also acceptable, letters of credit are also a common form of payment.
